While the 1200 plan can be considered our SMALL meal plan, the healthy and homemade ingredients we use , allow us to pack each meal with substiantial portions!
This plan is designed to make sure you are consistently eating an average of 1200 calories per day. We’ve found that most people gradually increase their meal size as the day goes on, based on schedules and appetites. Our goal is to seamlessly fit into your life as your long term solution to healthy eating, so we created our ready-to-eat meals with the same cadence.
Breakfasts are 300 calories
Lunches are 400 calories
Dinners are 500 calories
We believe that eating healthy does not mean living hungry! We believe that people can and should lose weight without depriving themselves of delicious, satisfying food. We designed the 1200 plan to demonstrate that belief.
How we make Delicious Food Healthy
The Inspiration Phase: Our Chef and Chef de Cuisine decide on meals that inspire them, are delicious, and will satisfy our client’s discerning tastes.
The Deliciousness Phase: The Chefs create the recipes, testing them for flavor.
The Nutritious Phase: Our Nutrition Analyst enters the ingredients into our industry leading nutritional software and establishes the ingredient portions for each different meal plan.
The Quality Phase: After each delivery, our entire team reheats and tastes each dish, as experienced by the client. Each cook and team member grades the recipe and suggests tweaks for flavor and consistency, our recipes are always evolving!
We change our menu seasonally, to keep up with what Mother Nature is providing us, so our recipe creation process is an ongoing endeavor to bring you delicious, healthy meals.
